In the event of the COVID CONDITIONS detailed below affecting your visit we will Guarantee your payments and offer either a Christiania Credit where your booking can be moved to a future date within a 2 Year period or if it would be your preference offer you a Complete Refund of monies paid
We are all living in strange times indeed and most of us have become accustomed to the New Norm that the COVID 19 pandemic has imposed on our daily lives .

At the Christiania this winter despite our new arrangements around the property we will continue to offer you our special hospitality with excellent food , wine and service throughout your stay.

You will be fully covered should any of the following COVID 19 CONDITIONS affect your ability to join us for your intended winter holiday
- If you are tested positive for COVID 19 within 14 days of travel to resort.
- If you have been requested to Self Isolate due to Track & Trace Policy.
- Should FCO for British citizens or your national government advise that all but essential travel is not permitted to France or the Haute Savoie.
- There is a local lockdown in your area and you are recommended not to travel outwith your area or if the resort of Les Gets is in a local lockdown due to the COVID 19 pandemic.
- The ski resort of Les Gets is shutdown due to COVID 19.
Exclusions : We will provide NO REFUND in the event of you being required to Quarantine on arrival into France /Switzerland or on your return to the UK as a result of the COVID 19 pandemic.
We sincerely hope none of the above will be necessary . The Hotel Christiania and Chalet Perdu do not have any Insurance Policy in place to cover the financial implications of such eventualities and this COVID 19 Guarantee is offered as a gesture of goodwill to all of our valued customers.
